  Next day delivery £7.50
  Royal Mail 24hr tracked service (not guaranteed). Available for orders placed up to midday. Orders placed after midday on a Friday will be dispatched on Monday.
• Standard
  Standard delivery (within 2 to 3 days) £6.00
• Local Pickup
  Local pickup at our location. We will contact you to arrange once you have placed your order
• Later Date Delivery
  Delivery at a later date. For those wishing to place orders for delivery at a later date, please select this shipping option and then add the date in the checkout notes.

Returns

Candles are cut for orders and cannot be returned. In case of damage, candles MUST be returned in the original packaging.

Exchanges

We can only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send an email hello@theluxecollectionuk.co.uk to arrange this.
